About Us

Tory Day is a designer and the founder of Tory Day Interiors. She holds a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Before transitioning into interior design, Tory built a career in marketing, advertising, and communications—experience that continues to inform her thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Her path into design began with the renovation of her own home—an 1890s brick Victorian in Chicago’s East Village. What started as a personal project evolved into a lasting passion for historic preservation and the transformative power of well-considered spaces.

In addition to her design work, Tory is the co-owner of Creative Organization L.L.C., a professional services firm offering customized home organizing, staging, and home improvement solutions.

Today, Tory brings a layered, collaborative approach to every project, helping clients create spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal and meaningful.
